I am an addict!

Ohh so yeah! I went to a body wrap place yesterday and for the first time spent time in a spa center alone. It was weird.

They first started off by having me fill out this form.
I then entered this room and took off my clothes and put on a robe.


The lady came in and measured me. I made sure she did it correctly and didn't do it loosely because I wasn't a believer, I wanted to see results.


I then went into this other room and she wrapped my body with minerals and ace bandages. I then laid down on this bed


There was a HUGE plastic cover that went over me and it had nothing but heat in it. It was CRAZY! At the end I was panicking because it felt like forever, my body was sweating ridiculously!

I came out and she took the bandages off and I really saw results! The love handles I had on my hips are gone! The pooch I had in my lower belly has been reduced dramatically! I lost a few inches in three places then .5" in every other spot we measured. I have focal points, so we didn't measure everywhere.

Next time I go in, yes, next time. Hahaha, I bought another session for two weeks from now. I will be getting wrapped then going to the exercise area. I think I spend an hour there then lay down.

Week 10 (I think)

Alls well in love and war. Our house has been a battle field it feels like. Isabel hasn't been doing so well in school. We aren't quiet sure what the deal is yet.

We will see. Raymond signs up for football Wednesday for the high school. I am so excited! I can't wait to watch him play!

Yesterday we had cheer signs ups. Not as many girls as I thought BUT more girls of other age groups, that's nice!

Gabe is still making my pond, check it out.



He has added rocks around the edge, then barc will go on the outside of the pond rocks

Also on another note, I will be a godmother on May 3rd. I am so excited. They are students in my catechist class. They called me over the weekend to ask. I am so honored and blessed.

Week 9

Well it's been a busy week. I've been cleaning and messing with decorations and invites. We are planting new plants and Gabe has made me a pond. I am throwing a shower in May and am planning a BBQ for my birthday in April. Our schedule picks up as of April. I won't be online much come then, even more so on weekends.

Is this wk 7?

I am tired. So exhausted this week. I forgot to take my medicine the last two days. Quick updates on my kids:

Isabel gets signed up for cheer on March 29th
Mia might do gymnastics starting this month, I will see about signing her up. She needs an activity.
Miranda, she is sleeping well in her own crib. Standing up in the middle of the night in her crib, none the less in her crib in her own room.
Raymond is taking 4 weeks off of track to do his communion classes for church then continue with track.
Gabe and I will be doing our communion April 11th. The day after my birthday.
We have done great with Lent so far. Not much temptation, but I foresee it coming soon.
Gabe and myself will be grandparents to a baby girl in July, we are so blessed and thrilled beyond belief!
I opened my new business this past week. www.ohbabysew.com I am excited about that too!! I can't wait! I've had a few tutu orders this week and pillow orders too.
We are getting ready for football and cheer. That's the highlight of our summer.
We are almost done planning our wedding. I am so excited Charlotte is my maid of honor. I will have to update my wedding blog.

Cattiness! Reflection

Don't you just love when woman act the age of a child who is in grammer school?

Life is seriously too short to worry about why someone is upset this time. Is life that short to be pissed every time? Hug your friends, appreciate them for who they are and be a happy person! Everyone will want to be around you more. I know many times I need to take my own advice, I have really come to embrace that message above. I don't have many friends that I don't get along with anymore because I let things go. I still do to this day, it just makes me upset that other people can't be as mature. I'll hug you today to make you feel better if that's what you need!

***DISCLAIMER*** this is not about any one person, I have just noticed things over the last few years and have been thinking back on them daily. So if anyone thinks this applies to them, it probably doesn't.

SO back to what I was saying lol.... I like that I feel grown. Over that past few years, I have learned to deal with things in a mature manner that I have a lot more friends who think alike. Except for the few rotten ones I had dealings with recently. I think church has so much to do with it too. I love feeling spiritual!

Well, that's my thought for the day. I wanted to post about what had been on my mind and that I noticed how grown I've done in the few years. It's an amazing feeling.

Wk 6 Rite of Election

Gabe and I sat in church yesterday from 9-10am then 12-4pm. We have completed the first step to completing our sacraments for communion and confirmation. The process has been amazing. The people we have met have been extremely friendly and we have become close friends.
Part of the process of RCIA is called The Rite of Election.

Yesterday we met the Bishop for our Diocese. We got to sign a book saying we are committed and promise to practice and walk in the footprints of Jesus. What an honor right. Well, little did we know, we'd meet our Bishop and have his approval. It was amazing, I even had little hairs standing up lol could you imagine, meeting someone so spiritual.

Gabe and I also spent a lot of time together this weekend. It was really refreshing. I realized I had not known how much I missed being near him without stress until this weekend. We did some bonding. It was great!!

As you know, we are in Lent Season. We decided to live as close as we can this year for 40 days to Jesus as possible. We are eating NO red meat the entire 40 days and we are giving up soda as well. Whatever goodies we have in our house, that is it. Once it's gone, it's gone. I went shopping and bought veggies for soups. We are also turning off our TV from 7-8 to bond as a family. We started the process yesterday and has worked really good so far!

Please pray for our family, that in our 40 days of renewing our faith with GOD and Jesus, that we can overcome any temptation that may present itself.
